Registration: DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION ONLY! arrive by 9:00 am @ Durango Nordic Center. Start Times: 10k starts at 10am, 5k starts at 10:15am kid's snowdash at 10:30am...bring your cowbells and the Clan! kids are welcome to dash for a ribbon wearing snowboots, snowshoes, or skis! Snowshoe Rentals: Pine Needle Mountaineering and some pairs will be available at the Durango Nordic Center the day of the race, but arrive EARLY if you intend to rent a pair up there! also; other sporting/outdoor shops in Durango usually rent sport snowshoes. i suggest getting some that are as close to the legal minimum length of 22" as possible.
